Reflection

So far in theory we have been watching movies which relate to the kitchen. The movies were 'Safety in food handiling' and 'Avoid that hazard'. The first movie we watched was 'Safety in food handiling', in this film it talked about the precausions and what could occur with not cleaning hands before touching the foods your going to cook. It lso talked about how you must clean the equipment you use thoroughly so to not cause bacteria or any fungis to grow. The second film called 'Avoid that hazard' talked about making sure you put away appliences after they are used so you don't trip over them in the kitchen. It also made a precausion to not keep electrical appliences near water as it it dangerous and could electricute you. The things we've cooked in practical hospotality included cheese and chutney muffins, jaffa muffins and the rigatoni with chicken and sundried tomatoe pasta. They we're all very delicious and tasteful
